Finished Vision Screening Reports

Tecate, MX

On Saturday, March 2nd, 2013: Friends in Sight did a vision screening with the Tecate Lions Club. We departed our Yucaipa staging area at 5:10am, Hemet at 5:45am and Menifee at 6:30am. We arrived at Barrett's Junction for our customary breakfast stop at 8:00am. By 9:15am we were crossing the border and 10 minutes later we were at the screening location.

The screening began at 10:00am and the last patient of day was leaving with their recycled eyeglasses at 4:00pm. Listed below is a synopsis of the day's screening findings:

With the examination equipment and eyeglass racks repacked, we sat down to a nice meal and conversation with the Tecate Lions. With our good-byes said we arrived at the border at 5:00 pm and crossed thirty minuets later. By 6:00pm we had arrived at our usual pit stop in Rancho San Diego and 30 minutes later we were our way to the Menifee staging area. We arrived in Menifee at 8:00pm, Hemet at 8:30pm and Yucaipa at 9:00pm.

It was a long but nice day of helping those less fortunate than ourselves. Listed below are those that participated directly in the vision screening:
