Finished Vision Screening Reports

Tecate, Mx

On Saturday, September 14th, 2013: Friends in Sight did a vision screening in conjunction with the Tecate Lions Club. We departed our Yucaipa staging area at 5:15am, Hemet at 5:45am and Menifee at 6:15am. By 8:15am we had arrived at Barrett's Junction for breakfast. At 9:00am we departed for the border and after several minutes and inspections we were across.

The vision screening began at 10:00am and the last patient of the day was leaving with their recycled eyeglasses at 4:30pm. Listed below is a synopsis of the vision screening findings:

With our examination equipment and eyeglass racks repacked we sat down to a nice meal and conversation with the Tecate Lions. At 5:30pm we said our good-byes and headed for the border. By 6:00pm we had crossed and were headed to our usual pit stop in Rancho San Diego 30 minutes away. We left Rancho at 7:00pm and arrived at our Menifee staging area at 8:50pm. By 9:10pm we were at our Hemet staging area and 30 minutes later we were in Yucaipa.

It was a nice day for helping people and training many new faces. Listed below are those that participated directly in the vision screening:
